Amy Aldrich Lytle, O.D., FAAO

Dr. Amy Aldrich Lytle is originally from Gillette, Wyoming. She is a proud alumna of the University of Wyoming, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and a minor in Spanish. Dr. Lytle earned her doctorate degree at the Southern California College of Optometry, where she graduated at the top of her class and received honors for excellence in vision therapy, primary care optometry and ocular disease management.

Dr. Lytle completed a residency in pediatric optometry and vision therapy at the Southern California College of Optometry. She is one of the only optometrists in the state of Wyoming to have completed a residency in this area. During the residency, Dr. Lytle received extensive training in pediatric eye care, vision therapy, and vision rehabilitation. Dr. Lytle has experience working with people with special needs, children with learning disabilities, and patients with brain injuries.

Dr. Lytle participates in clinical research studies for treatments of childhood eye disorders with the Pediatric Eye Disease Investigator Group (PEDIG). She offers participation in these studies to her patients. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Wyoming Optometric Association, the American Academy of Optometry, and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.
