We are excited to see you at your upcoming appointment!
We have implemented safety procedures for the well-being of our patients, staff and community.
Before you arrive
Monitor yourself and members of your household for signs of illness (new cough, fever, sore throat, muscle aches, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste).
Please call us to reschedule if you or anyone in your household is ill.
Please call us to reschedule if you have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed or suspected case of COVD-19 within the last 14 days.
When you arrive
Please wear a face mask (cloth is great!). If you do not have a mask, we will give you one to wear.
You will be greeted at the front door by one of our staff members.
Our staff will take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer, offer you hand sanitizer, and screen you for illness.
The front desk staff member will check you in. You will notice that we have installed plexiglass dividers at our front desk for extra protection!
All pens, surfaces, and chairs in the lobby are cleaned regularly. We will even clean your insurance card for you after we touch it!
After checking in for your appointment, you will be escorted to an exam room promptly.
During your appointment
We ask that you wear your face mask throughout your appointment. Your doctor and all staff will also wear face masks.
All exam room equipment and surfaces are cleaned after each patient.
Doctors and staff will frequently wash hands or use hand sanitizer.
We have installed protective barriers on our microscopes to provide extra protection when we examine your eyes at close distances.
We are still able to perform all exam procedures to ensure that you get the highest level of vision and eye health care.
In the optical department
We are excited you help you select your next great pair of glasses!
All displayed frames have been sanitized with UV-C light.
